WilliamCLEECLEE Dr William Pat, Catrin, Ben and Elen would like to thank family, friends, patients and neighbours for their thoughtful cards, messages and flowers of condolence, since their sad loss of William. Many thanks to the large number who attended his service at Llandaff Cathedral, to those who took part and for the personal attention given by Canon Graham Holcombe, making this tribute to William very special. We would also like to thank Dr Martin Gray and all the staff of Glanely Ward, St David's Hospital for their devoted care of William over the last years of his illness. Thanks to the staff of Extra Care, Hafan Day Hospital and Dr Alldrick, Alzheimer's Day Centre, Heol Don, Dr Tony Bayer and Memory Team, Llandough Hospital. Our appreciation of the support from partners and staff of Parc Canol Surgery over these past years, also to Mr Lindsay Gray and staff of the Cathedral School, and Mr Reed and Mrs Cormack at St David's College. Special mention for the continued support of Dr Margaret Price, Radyr Medical Centre, Eric and Chris Priday, Tina, Manda, Rhian and Barbara, all invaluable and much appreciated. May we give sincere thanks to everyone who has donated in William's memory to Alzheimer's Society and TEDS, and finally to Mr Phillip Preene and his staff who handled all the arrangements with such dignity and respect.
